The MCI RR-N cleanroom hygiene ceiling with threaded rod suspension is designed to meet the highest hygiene standards in areas such as pharmaceutical, sterile, and operating room technology, as well as in microelectronics and the food industry. The tiles are manufactured with module dimensions of 625x625mm and 600x600mm. The clip-in system ensures a permanently precise positioning of the tiles relative to each other. Cleanroom hygiene ceilings are smooth, without perforations, and feature beveled edges for on-site sealing. The powder-coated surface can be made antimicrobial upon request.

Permitted Threaded Rod Suspension:

• For a pressure difference of max. ±100 Pa over & underpressure, with a maximum suspension height (DUK) of up to 1,000mm.
• Hanger spacing UK up to max. 100 Pa:
  • a0 = max. 1,875mm (distance between threaded rods)
  • a1 = max. 1,600mm (distance between UA profiles)
  • a5 = max. 100mm (distance between threaded rod/Cross connectors DP12)
