The MCI RR-N cleanroom hygiene ceiling with Nonius suspension is designed to meet the highest hygiene standards in areas such as pharmaceutical, sterile, and operating room technology, as well as in microelectronics and the food industry. The tiles are manufactured with module dimensions of 625x625mm and 600x600mm. The clamping system ensures a permanently precise positioning of the tiles relative to each other. Cleanroom ceilings are smooth, without perforations, and feature beveled edges for on-site sealing. The powder-coated surface can be made antimicrobial upon request.

Permitted Nonius Suspension:

• For a pressure difference of max. ±100 Pa over & underpressure, with a maximum suspension height (DUK) of up to 450mm.
• Hanger spacing UK up to max. 100 Pa:
  • a0 = max. 1,250mm (distance between Nonius hangers)
  • a1 = max. 1,000mm (distance between UA profiles)
  • a5 = max. 125mm (distance between Nonius hangers/Cross connectors DP12)
